Sina and the eel

We have been looking at the Samoan legend of Sina and the eel and learning how to retell it orally.

Here are the slides so you can give it a go - try telling your parents/grandparents/brothers/sisters.or anybody who wants to hear the legend of the coconut.

Make sure you add lots of description and detail!

Manaakitanga focus

Over the next few weeks our school focus is showing Manaakitanga by using kind words, quiet voices and manners.

Road Safety Week

Road Safety Week is about encouraging families to think about how they can help everyone have safe and active journeys to and from school.

Parking away from the school and walking in helps keep the area outside the school safer for students.

Walking, biking and scootering is a great way to add exercise into your week!

Please remember to use the crossings, it may take an extra minute or two but it is another way we can help you to stay safe.
