Our swimming fun has begun!

Nothing better than having a nice cooling dip in the school pool on a hot summers day!

We are looking forward to having swimming instructors with us next week and enjoying the pool for the rest of the term.

Writing activity

Our beginning of the year writing activity was a chance to work in groups together to create a poster which included their individual sentences based on their chosen picture prompt. They all wrote a factual. descriptive and thought/saying sentence.

This is the last post for Rm23 2017 class. It has been an awesome year with a lot of fun memories made.

We had a visit from the chickens!

We were very lucky to have a visit from Mrs Johns and her new chick (and adopted mother hen). Taimalie told us about the life cylcle of a chick and some interesting facts about how they hatch and get raised.
