Happy Tongan Language Week!

Mālō e lelei! Last week was Tongan Language Week - a great time to celebrate and learn about the awesome Tongan culture.

On Friday students were encouraged to dress up in Tongan dress or colourful clothes. 

We had a visit from Phoenix, Ariana and Litianne who showed us some traditional Tongan clothing with some students even getting the chance to try some on.

Wooden Games with Buddy Class

A wonderful parent won our school a day with these awesome wooden games from Woodbotherer Games. Room 6 had a session with Room 19, our buddy class. It was such fun using strategy, wits and cooperation to play these old skool games.
