Green week fun

This week we have been having a great time enjoying our green week activities. We looked at finding other ways to use plastic bags rather than throwing them into our already overused  landfill.
We made them into skipping ropes! It turned out to be quite a full on process but we persevered and ended up with a durable, workable skipping rope - and it's waterproof!

  7. Hey, I absolutely love this idea! It's creative and it helps with less pollution. It also looks really fun to create and use. If everyone made skipping ropes with plastic bags, there would be less pollution, which is great for the environment. I really would like to know how you make a skipping rope out of plastic bags, because it is a fascinating way to recycle.

  10. Hi there Room 22. Well done on trying to use things rather than throw them in the bin. It looks like you had fun skipping. We are doing something called genius hour where we come up with a question to help save the environment. I have a question. How did you make the skipping ropes? and where can I find a website to make skipping ropes.
