Last week we had swimming coaches working with our Kauri classes. We learnt different survival strokes and positions and some valuable water safety tips.

Hi Miss O'Shea, Sakina here. The best tip is in the river skull you should do feet first cause if you do head first you could bump your head into a rock. Kia Ora room 6 this is Rita. I didn't do swimming lessons with the swimming instructors but I do know some tips of my own. If you are in the river and you can't touch the floor kick little kicks so you don't waste your energy.It is always best to river skull when the water is to strong.Did you know some of these tips?. blog ya later!. Hi Room 6 It's CJ and what I learned at the pool was doggy paddle and life jacket and I think that breath stroke is the beast and I think that doggy paddle is the best too bye bye blog ya later :D 😀😀

Hi Room 6 it's Tui. I think that breath stroke is the best because it is slow but use more stamina and powerful.
