We have another busy term ahead of us!
- Science in a Van first day back Monday first block
- Art project with professional artist Sara
- Learning Chats week 2 Weds and Thurs (make sure to book in)
- Music lessons with the magnificent Mal on Monday afternoons weeks 1-5
- Maths Week in week 3
- Book Week in week 9 with a book character day on the Friday 24th Sept
- Green Week in week 10
- A focus on Volcanoes and Zones of Regulation
- Our oral language retell story is 'Battle of the Mountains'
- It's film festival term!! We will all be filming and editing our own movies
- Kauri Sports Thursday afternoons
- Our Kauri novel this term is 'Under the Mountain' by the talented NZ author Maurice Gee
- Don't forget that you can bring extra clothes to change into if you think you will get muddy playing on the field at break times.
