  2. Kia ora, My name is Ariella-brooke. The names of the seven sisters is: Waiti,Waita,Waipuna-Rangi,Tupu-a-Nuku,Tupu-a-Rangi,Ko-Ururangi,Matariki. In Greek they also call it pleiades and what it means to them is they were the daughters of Titan one of the gods. There names were:Maia, Electra, Alcyone, Taygete, Asterope, Celaeno and Merope in greek.

  4. Kia Ora, I am Ronan. Other cultures call Matariki The Pleides, In Arabic they call it al-Thurayya or الثريا. In turkish it is Ülker.

    The stars names are
    Matariki, Tupu-ā-nuku, Tupu-ā-rangi, Waitī, Waitā, Waipunā-ā-rangi and Ururangi. The seven sisters of Matariki in india are called, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura.
    They are actually states in India!
