The Question is (what is the name of cooking method used in New Zealand) They cook pork on rocks and they tie the pork and hang it near a tree, then they start a fire by making rocks! Umu is like hangi but umu is just not my type! My favorite memories of my nana and papa is when I taught them how to bake Lemon cupcakes!
