  3. Hello Mrs Oshea my name is Anjola and I think Sam is in the Blue zone because he's not out of control but he's looks depressed so I think he is in the blue zone
    I think he can try and get back into the green zone is just think of happy thoughts and just try to clear his mind

    The zone that I think he is in is the yellow zone. The way he could get back into the green zone is if he took deep breaths and walked away from it then come back he could probably figure it out.
