Year 6 students were lucky enough to go and visit the home base of Team Emirates. It was amazing learning about the America's Cup and all the technology behind it as well as programming the sphero bolt thanks to Genesis NZ.

ReplyDeleteKia ora Room 6. My favorite thing we did at America's cup Genesis trip was driving the boat on the simulator with my friend Felix. We got the highest score in the class. I also liked designing a boat even though I was not good at it. Blog Ya Later.

Hey Mrs O'Shea and Room 6 this is Jessica here. I favorite prat about this trip was that I got to customize my own boat and got to see it on a big screen. I learn how to control a robot on a iPad. I have something to ask you who won the America's Cup??

ReplyDeletewhat I found the most interesting part of the trip was the spyros because they looked like those ball thingy's they used to travel on in Jurassic Park.I learned where they raced and learned some of the sailors on the team.
