Hi Rachael, When I am in the blue zone the 3 thing that can draw me out of it and put me back in the green one, are: Reading, because it is a calm and enjoyable task that lets me drop into other worlds! Dancing, because when you dance you need to concentrate and when I concentrate on something I am always in the green zone! Listening to music because music is calming and brings a sense of relief to my body! Those my answers what are yours? Samantha.
Ello. the three things I do is 1. so I have my own knife and a lot of bails of fibre glass (insulation)(the stuff that keeps your home warm) but I stab the bails like frustration rounds(ish). 2. I play games a lot. 3.eat with your full family. 4.have a nap. 5.breath. What would you do? YEET OUT
