  4. Hai Zion-li here from Room 6. I think the red zone is like when your really mad,not happy,and Stressed. The way to get out is to think about it and have a cup of water and just wind down. And breathe in and out. What else could you do??? Blog ya later!!!!!

    I think the best way to get out of it is to take some deep breaths and think for a second.

    I think that my advice would be to go and take a walk around the school with an adult or just take some deep breathes sit down and count to ten and when your done you may feel calm and you may not so you might want to grab a drink of water.

  11. Hey, Alan here. If someone was in the red zone I would probably just go outside and breath the air. Another thing I would do is get my phone and play some games, try to forget what made me go in the red zone.

    If someone was in the red zone I would say "Whats wrong? What happened?" Give them a glass of water and tell them to calm down.

    1.Listen 2 music
    2.Draw or paint
    3.Play video games
    4.Meditate
    5.Watch vids
    6.Take a walk 2 somewhere you like
    7.Talk 2 a friend
    8. Make a party
    9.Make a sleepover
    10.Go shopping
    Are you the live of the party or are you the quiet one???

  18. I think my advice would be to go find a corner and hum to yourself or if your too angry and can't do it right just be alone for a while and eventually you'll get bored and come back in a better mood

    Samantha here.
    That is a good question!
    I would tell them to have some water listen to some calming music and read a book or comic, and that if they are not feeling up to it maybe just relax and take some time to think things over.
