    1. Think of home
    2. Have a nap
    3. Listen to music
    These things help me get back into the green zone and ready for learning. What helps you get back into the green zone??

  16. Hey fans of mine, Sarah here and I think that if you're on the blue zone that means that you're sad, shy and exhausted.
    5 things that can take you out of the blue zone are:
    1.Listen to music
    2.Watch Netflix
    3.Make some art
    4.Watch funny vids
    5.Watch a movie with popcorn, soda, ice-cream, chocolate, candy, pizza, doritos, juice and/or fries.

    When I am in the blue zone the 3 thing that can draw me out of it and put me back in the green one, are: Reading, because it is a calm and enjoyable task that lets me drop into other worlds! Dancing, because when you dance you need to concentrate and when I concentrate on something I am always in the green zone!
    Listening to music because music is calming and brings a sense of relief to my body!

    1. so I have my own knife and a lot of bails of fibre glass (insulation)(the stuff that keeps your home warm) but I stab the bails like frustration rounds(ish).
    2. I play games a lot.
    3.eat with your full family.
    4.have a nap.
    5.breath.
